Strategic Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain knowledge architecture and playbooks for partner operations
• Lead the creation and maintenance of dashboards and metrics for partner operations
• Support partner onboarding, engagement, and performance through clear documentation and processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations, automation, or analytics in a SaaS or fintech environment
• Strong technical experience with Google Apps Script, Workato, and Salesforce
• Advanced skills in Looker Studio and Google Sheets/Excel
• Experience in authoring SOPs and maintaining knowledge base content
• Familiarity with Jira or other work management tools
