Strategic Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning high-leverage work to convert demand into business, the full-time Strategic Operations Specialist will collaborate with founders on go-to-market execution, manage business operations, and maintain investor relations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives
• Support sales operations and marketing efforts, including industry events
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to optimize business operations

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups in GTM, Sales Ops, growth, or BizOps roles
• Technical or engineering degree preferred, with experience in consulting and startup environments
• Strong bias for action and ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
• Technical fluency to engage effectively with a technical team and customers in the Physical AI space
