Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues and develop proactive solutions

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a health-related field, life sciences, clinical research, or tech services
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Recognized expertise in customer lifecycle strategy or clinical research systems
• Experience in account leadership, customer success, or program/project management preferred
• Proficient in MS Office products and possess strong leadership acumen
