Job Summary
Driving growth in channel partnerships, the full-time Strategic Partner Account Manager will manage the partner pipeline from identification to activation, collaborating cross-functionally to create joint initiatives and utilizing AI for enhanced research and communication, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the partner pipeline, researching and activating potential partners to build productive relationships
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint initiatives and enablement programs
- Track partnership performance through KPIs, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions to enhance productivity
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM and partnership management tools, including Salesforce and similar PRM tools
- Strong analytical skills to utilize data for decision-making and performance tracking
- Experience in building and managing relationships within complex partner organizations
