Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Partner Development Manager to join their Go To Market team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow channel revenue and define key performance indicators
- Identify and secure new channel partners while cultivating relationships with existing partners
- Design partner training programs and collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotional campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in channel partnerships, business development, or related sales function
- Proven success in growing channel revenue and meeting seven-figure revenue targets
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment with a focus on partnership opportunities
- Proficient in CRM and channel management tools, with data-driven decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
