Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Partner Development Manager to join their Go To Market team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow channel revenue and define key performance indicators
  • Identify and secure new channel partners while cultivating relationships with existing partners
  • Design partner training programs and collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotional campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in channel partnerships, business development, or related sales function
  • Proven success in growing channel revenue and meeting seven-figure revenue targets
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment with a focus on partnership opportunities
  • Proficient in CRM and channel management tools, with data-driven decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
