Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Partner Manager II to manage client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, organizing status calls and monitoring campaign deadlines
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with Client Partners to deliver comprehensive client plans
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization and ensure accurate CRM management for revenue tracking
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree
- 4-5 years of Account Management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Working knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
