Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Partner Manager II to manage client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, organizing status calls and monitoring campaign deadlines
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with Client Partners to deliver comprehensive client plans
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization and ensure accurate CRM management for revenue tracking
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA Degree
  • 4-5 years of Account Management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
