Job Summary
Building and owning Morpho's partner program from the ground up, the full-time Strategic Partner Manager will manage relationships with custodians, middleware providers, and asset issuers, driving enterprise growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Scope and develop the partner program, including deal registration and partner success metrics
- Manage end-to-end relationships with strategic partners, conducting regular calls and business reviews
- Structure and close partner deals while tracking partner-influenced pipeline in the CRM
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales at a fintech or crypto infrastructure company
- Proven track record of structuring complex commercial deals in collaboration with Legal
- Technical fluency in DeFi or institutional fintech
- Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
