Job Summary
To build and scale Supabase's integration partner ecosystem, the full-time Strategic Partner Manager will manage a focused portfolio of high-impact partners, drive measurable adoption and revenue, and execute joint go-to-market strategies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic technology and platform partners, developing and executing joint GTM plans with defined KPIs
- Drive sourced and influenced pipeline through partner relationships while enabling sales teams with partner positioning and playbooks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing on integration roadmaps and co-marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
- Approximately 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform strategy at a developer tools, cloud, or infrastructure company
- Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and modern data/infrastructure stacks
- Demonstrated experience in shipping integrations and managing partners end-to-end
- Commercially minded with knowledge of deal structures, revenue models, and KPIs
- Data-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, open-source-first startup environment
