Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Partner, Partner Engineering & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the key strategic partner to the Global Head of Partner Engineering & Operations, enhancing operational excellence
• Partner with various functions to develop strategy and support strategic relationships between the company and its partners
• Drive the operating model for the Global Partnerships function, including annual planning and partner health metrics

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, or a related field
• Experience in driving the operating model for large, cross-functional organizations
• Experience related to payments, card networks, or financial services
• Experience building strong cross-functional partnerships with product and engineering teams
• Experience navigating large data sets
