Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Partner Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cross-functional team of Technical Support, Sales Engineers & Customer Success Managers
  • Define & manage end-to-end processes across teams from pre-sales to ongoing success
  • Collaborate with product teams to advocate for partner needs and integrate systems
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in managing technology partnerships for a cloud-based service provider
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business and technology decision-makers
  • Technically savvy with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively
  • Exceptional listener with empathy towards partner needs and perspectives
  • BS in Business, Computer Science, and/or MBA degree preferred
