Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to manage and grow its referral partner channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of strategic and referral partners, managing the partner lifecycle
  • Continuously improve workflows and tools for the partner channel while overseeing referral program operations
  • Track and report on key partner KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations for performance improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in account management, partner/channel management, or business development
  • Strong understanding of referral program mechanics and partner engagement strategies
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or small business lending is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with referral or affiliate programs in small business lending
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
