Job Summary
Managing the established fintech partner ecosystem, the full-time Strategic Partnership Manager will oversee partner relationships, enable internal teams, and ensure operational efficiency for over 100 credit union clients in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day relationships with fintech and technology partners, facilitating regular communication and monitoring product updates
- Serve as the internal product expert, supporting Sales and Account Management teams with training and cross-sell opportunities
- Manage routine commercial tasks, including contract renewals and performance metrics tracking, while coordinating with Product and Implementation teams
Required qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in technology partnerships, fintech sales, SaaS, or strategic account management
- Comfortable in partner or client-facing conversations, demonstrating professionalism and credibility
- Familiarity with credit unions, community banks, or financial technology is a plus
- Organized self-starter with the ability to track commitments and follow through independently
- Collaborative mindset, working effectively across Sales, Account Management, Product Development, and Implementation teams
