Job Summary

Managing strategic restaurant partnerships, the full-time Strategic Partnerships Analyst will optimize collaborations, track budgets, and support cross-functional teams to enhance dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support a Card Member and Restaurant-forward approach to deliver exceptional partnership value
• Research the dining industry to stay informed on competitive landscapes and trends
• Oversee budget management, including payment tracking and reporting for strategic partnerships

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years in a partnerships or account management support role with experience in data and reporting
• Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools, particularly Salesforce and Looker
• Strong interest and growing proficiency with AI tools
• Financial Services or Hospitality Industry experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
