Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Business Development Representative (BDR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute outbound strategies to identify and qualify potential partners
  • Research and develop targeted outreach lists, crafting personalized messaging across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships team to manage opportunities through the pipeline and ensure seamless partner onboarding


Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales-related role, preferably in B2B tech or HR/Workforce solutions
  • Demonstrated interest in partnerships, business development, or the future of work
  • 1+ years of experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools is a plus
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to engage in professional development
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
