Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Director to manage and scale their partner enablement strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the partner enablement lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing education, and performance readiness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and scaled partners to drive adoption and long-term success
• Develop and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks, training decks, documentation, and certifications

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, enablement, or related roles within a SaaS environment
• Proven experience building and scaling partner enablement programs from the ground up
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• A data-informed, operational mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
• Strong technical curiosity and fluency in understanding SaaS products, integrations, and workflows
