Job Summary
Owning the Army-focused prime contractor channel, the full-time Strategic Partnerships Lead will manage relationships with defense prime contractors, negotiate partnership agreements, and drive enterprise adoption of Cursor's AI code editor within the US Army ecosystem, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and expand partnerships with major defense prime contractors to integrate Cursor into their software delivery workflows
- Generate demand within Army Software Factories and program offices to promote Cursor as the standard developer tooling
- Manage revenue targets and build a pipeline of partnership opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Active Secret clearance or above
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partnership management within the defense industrial base
- Established relationships with major Army prime contractors at the BD or program management level
- Understanding of software tool evaluation and deployment processes within prime contractor environments
- Proven track record of driving significant software revenue through channel partnerships
