Strategic Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and grow institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a targeted lead-generation and outreach strategy
• Conduct outreach and relationship-building with foundations and institutional stakeholders
• Track and report on KPIs related to pipeline volume and closed partnerships

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, institutional partnerships, or business development
• Experience building and closing partnerships with foundations or large organizations
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed with a focus on building early-stage systems
• Ability to thrive in a flexible, high-trust environment
• Comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on outreach
