Job Summary

Managing and governing business relationships, the full-time Strategic Partnerships Manager will oversee multi-million-dollar contracts with card issuer processing and payment network partners, ensuring alignment with company goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Direct and manage partner relationships to enhance business growth and execution quality
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize partner performance and accountability
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements and monitor partner compliance with contractual obligations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred
  • Ten years of experience in business development or partner management within the card issuing ecosystem
  • Direct experience with Fiserv, FIS, Visa, or Mastercard preferred
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and lead negotiations
  • Deep understanding of issuer processing platforms and card networks
