Job Summary
Owning revenue targets and growth strategy for a portfolio of high-impact partners, the full-time Strategic Partnerships Manager will manage commercial relationships, drive joint business planning, and coordinate cross-functional execution in a remote capacity across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full commercial relationship, including revenue performance and growth targets, while coordinating expansions and upsell opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with partners, leading regular touch points and proactively addressing potential issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill partnership commitments and translate partner needs into actionable internal requirements
Required qualifications
- 3-7+ years in a partner-facing role such as Strategic Partnerships or Key Account Management
- Proven experience managing commercial partnerships end-to-end with measurable growth outcomes
- Ability to influence senior decision-makers and manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
- Strong data-driven approach to strategy, including building forecasts and analyzing performance
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or technology integration partnerships is preferred
