Job Summary
Driving opportunity growth in the Health Plan and TPA sectors, the full-time remote Strategic Partnerships Manager will manage relationships within the payer community, educate partners on the company's value proposition, and collaborate cross-functionally to promote and deliver solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Nurture relationships with key contacts in the Health Plan and TPA communities to strengthen partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with market needs and partner enablement
- Facilitate meetings with partners and assist with responses to partner-sourced RFPs
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1-3+ years with a Master's degree
- Experience in PBM or Health Plan sectors, specifically with payers, TPAs, or brokers preferred
- Knowledge of PBM pricing and underwriting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
- Strong presentation and writing skills, along with adeptness in social selling and networking
