• Own the post-signature execution and success of strategic technology alliances
• Translate partner strategy into operational programs and success milestones
• Design and lead end-to-end alliance success programs and establish KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles within a SaaS or cloud-native company
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs tied to strategic technology partnerships
• Strong operational and program management skills
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment
• Ability to work remotely within the Eastern or Central US time zone
