Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead M&A people workstreams, managing integration planning and execution
- Own the annual budgeting process for the People organization, ensuring accuracy and alignment
- Manage cross-functional initiatives that enhance talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in HR program management or related roles
- Strong experience in leading complex cross-functional programs, preferably with M&A integration
- Proven ability to manage budgeting cycles and financial planning
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proficiency with G-Suite, HRIS, and project management tools preferred
