Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic People Initiatives Manager to lead cross-functional programs and drive talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&A people workstreams, managing integration planning and execution
• Own the annual budgeting process for the People organization, ensuring accuracy and alignment
• Manage cross-functional initiatives that enhance talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR program management or related roles
• Strong experience in leading complex cross-functional programs, preferably with M&A integration
• Proven ability to manage budgeting cycles and financial planning
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proficiency with G-Suite, HRIS, and project management tools preferred
