Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to commercial leadership, translating business needs into proactive HR strategies
- Lead performance management initiatives, including performance reviews and continuous feedback frameworks
- Develop and maintain HR policies and programs with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Background in financial services HR, preferably in banking or capital markets
- Experience in a high-growth or dynamic work environment
- Strong HR generalist experience across the full people lifecycle
- Fluency in compliance and employment law, especially in financial services
- Experience in coaching managers and leaders
