Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic talent partner to commercial leadership, translating business needs into proactive HR strategies
• Lead performance management initiatives, including performance reviews and continuous feedback frameworks
• Develop and maintain HR policies and programs with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Background in financial services HR, preferably in banking or capital markets
• Experience in a high-growth or dynamic work environment
• Strong HR generalist experience across the full people lifecycle
• Fluency in compliance and employment law, especially in financial services
• Experience in coaching managers and leaders
