Job Summary

  • Develop and maintain HR policies and programs with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Background in financial services HR, preferably in banking or capital markets
  • Experience in a high-growth or dynamic work environment
  • Strong HR generalist experience across the full people lifecycle
  • Fluency in compliance and employment law, especially in financial services
  • Experience in coaching managers and leaders
