Strategic Planning Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning Associate (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze store floor plans and financial data to develop feasibility and conceptual plans
• Implement construction scope documentation into architectural floor plans
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop plans and analyses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture preferred; minor in Business preferred
• 4 or more years of architectural or planning experience, with 2 years in a retail environment preferred
• Solid proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under supervision
• Understanding of sales, trade area information, and future market trends
