Strategic Planning Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning Associate (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze store floor plans and financial data to create feasibility and conceptual plans
• Implement construction documentation into architectural plans and prepare project-related meeting documentation
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather information and oversee project development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture preferred; minor in Business is a plus
• 4 or more years of architectural or planning experience, ideally with 2 years in a retail environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to interpret sales and market trend data for project incorporation
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
