Strategic Planning Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning Consultant to lead the development of a national expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct an exploration process for developing a national expansion strategy
• Evaluate the Institute's mission, structure, and strengths while identifying expansion challenges
• Engage with stakeholders and present findings throughout the strategic planning process

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic planning and evaluation
• Background in policy research and advocacy, particularly in social or racial justice
• Experience in developing expansion models for nonprofit organizations
• Familiarity with fund development strategies and implementation processes
• Ability to conduct environmental scans and benchmark against similar organizations
