Job Summary

To shape and deliver enterprise priorities, the full-time remote Strategic Planning Lead Consultant will manage complex, cross-functional work by aligning business and technology teams, driving strategy into action, and leveraging AI to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Translate enterprise priorities into clear plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes that advance business objectives
• Bring together cross-functional stakeholders to frame trade-offs and facilitate decision-making
• Identify and coordinate dependencies while proactively surfacing risks and driving mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in strategic planning, product coordination, or product management
• Strong knowledge of digital programs at an enterprise level
• Experience working within large, complex organizational environments
• Proficiency with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence
• Experience leveraging AI to drive productivity and optimize processes
