Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning and Operations Director for Global Marketing Inflammation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the VP, translating vision into actionable priorities and ensuring execution
• Lead preparation for governance meetings and drive high-impact initiatives for capability building and resource optimization
• Oversee operational planning, budget management, and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of commercial experience, OR
• Master's degree and 7 years of commercial experience, OR
• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of commercial experience
• 10+ years of experience in commercial roles or management consulting in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
