Strategic Planning Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning and Analytics Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of long-term strategic plans for global supply chain
• Analyze market trends and supply chain performance data to provide actionable insights
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, analytics, or supply chain management
• Strong experience in data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling related to supply chain operations
• In-depth understanding of supply chain processes and BOM structures
• Knowledge of compliance requirements, including the Buy American Act and other regulations
