Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning & Programs Lead to join the Office of the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief of Staff to run strategic planning cycles and define key initiatives
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional programs and identify potential bottlenecks
• Design and maintain dashboards for executive visibility and facilitate clear communication across teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Strategic Operations, Program Management, or Management Consulting
• Ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive summaries
• Process-driven with operational rigor to maintain team momentum
• Experience working with C-suite executives and holding leads accountable
• Technical curiosity to understand AI-powered modular architecture
