Strategic Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning & Operations Manager, Precision Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the PMed Strategy and Operations team in strategy development and implementation of functional projects
• Create and provide reports, dashboards, and presentations on business performance
• Leverage digital tools to streamline processes and enhance overall meeting experiences

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in Strategic Planning & Operations
• Associate's degree with 8 years or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in Strategic Planning & Operations
• Preferred: MBA, PhD, PharmD, or Master's Degree with relevant work experience in lab sciences and the biopharmaceutical industry
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and organizational change initiatives
• High level of digital literacy with tools such as Smartsheet, Tableau, and Power BI
