Strategic Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Strategic Planning, Health Plan Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the tracking, analysis, tools, and communication of planning efforts for the enterprise strategy
• Partner with business and financial planning resources to ensure alignment in planning work across the organization
• Consult with Strategy leadership to align strategic planning efforts across teams within the Division

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in a related field
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in a related field
• Experience working within or alongside health plans or complex healthcare systems preferred
• At least 2 years of proven experience leading teams and/or directly managing staff preferred
