Strategic Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site selection, business case development, and supplier strategy for contract manufacturing organizations
• Drive New Product Introduction and technology transfer activities into external manufacturing and supplier sites
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions supporting External Supply operations

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated environments
• Knowledge of External Supply, contract manufacturing, and/or supply chain operations
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau)
• Experience with advanced analytics, AI solutions, or predictive statistical modeling
