Strategic Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning Manager for GIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning projects for local and regional government clients, from scope definition to final recommendations
• Act as the primary client contact, driving alignment, progress, and decision-making
• Design and facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and executive discussions, synthesizing inputs into clear strategic direction and practical implementation roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, planning, or advisory roles in a client-facing environment
• Experience managing and leading key project components with demonstrated ability to operate independently
• Experience working with local or regional governments and/or GIS-related services
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams or projects in a dynamic, client-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
