Strategic Planning Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional projects, the remote Manager, Strategic Planning will manage implementations, evaluate departmental performance, and develop proactive strategies while collaborating with internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder engagement
• Analyze data to evaluate departmental performance and assist in the development of metrics and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with partner groups to create effective communication and program strategies for change management and risk mitigation

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in program management
• 3+ years of experience delivering projects
• Experience managing vendor integrations and external technology partnerships
• Master's Degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Lean/Six Sigma)
• Healthcare experience (Health Insurance, Health Systems, or Healthcare Consulting) is preferred
