Strategic Planning Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Manager, Strategic Planning will lead cross-functional project implementations, evaluate departmental performance, and collaborate with partner groups to develop effective change management strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder engagement
• Analyze data to evaluate departmental performance and develop metrics and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with relevant teams to create proactive implementation and communication strategies for successful program changes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program management
• 3+ years of experience delivering projects
• Experience managing vendor integrations and external technology partnerships
• Master's Degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Lean/Six Sigma)
• Healthcare experience in health insurance or consulting is preferred
