Strategic Planning Operations Director

Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Programs & Platforms, the full-time remote Strategic Planning Operations Director will shape and evolve the operating model, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and provide executive support to facilitate effective decision-making across programs and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the EP&P operating model to improve clarity and scalability across programs
• Facilitate alignment across EP&P programs and partner organizations, managing dependencies and cross-functional issues
• Prepare concise materials to support leadership decision-making and maintain consistent communication across stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of project management or strategic planning operations experience, or
• Master's degree and 7 years of project management or strategic planning operations experience, or
• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of project management or strategic planning operations experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams
• Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare, ideally within a Technology organization
