Strategic Planning Operations Manager

Job Summary

To drive organizational solutions and enhance planning processes, the full-time Strategic Planning Operations Manager will manage program operations, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure effective communication of planning statuses, all in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate as the program-management engine for Marketing's planning system, addressing organizational challenges and proposing solutions
• Run the planning operating rhythm, ensuring timely agendas, decision logging, and follow-up actions
• Implement scalable processes for managing work across Strategy, Resources, and Governance, while fostering cross-team collaboration

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of project/program management experience in mid to large-sized companies, preferably in marketing, GTM, or operations
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• Ability to drive programs without direct authority, influencing senior stakeholders to meet deadlines
• Strong skills in converting ambiguity into structured problem statements and actionable proposals
• Business fluency to understand budgets and ROI logic, enabling effective specification of analytics needs
