Strategic Planning Principal

Job Summary

Leading the long-range strategic planning processes, the full-time remote Principal Strategic Planning & Operations will define, operationalize, and oversee the execution of strategic frameworks and project roadmaps across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the 5-year project roadmap planning process, including opportunity evaluation and financial modeling
• Lead company-wide strategic assessment cycles for future visioning and facilitate cross-functional alignment
• Establish and maintain strategic governance processes, including executive-level materials and decision documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 15 years of professional experience, with 12+ years in corporate strategy, planning, or consulting roles
• 5-8 years of experience in management consulting and 5-10 years in biotech or precision medicine
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and develop long-range financial models
• Exceptional skills in executive-level communication and influencing senior leaders across functions
