Strategic Planning Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning and Operations Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support to Late Development Oncology Therapeutic Area, including strategy development and execution of organizational plans
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage budget and resource planning, including forecasting and alignment with global processes
• Develop performance tracking dashboards and reports, and facilitate leadership meetings to inform decisions

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of experience in R&D planning and operations, or equivalent experience with lower degree levels
• Preferred MBA, PhD, PharmD, or Master's Degree with 10 years of experience in lab sciences and biopharmaceutical industry
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and organizational change initiatives
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to engage various organizational levels
• Demonstrated organization management experience, including staff development and mentoring
