Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning & Operations Senior Manager, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation aligned with global R&D processes
• Develop and manage a high-performing operations team across budgeting and supplier management
• Oversee strategic supplier relationships and drive best practices in supplier governance

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's degree with 4 years, Bachelor's degree with 6 years, Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of budget and contracting experience
• MBA or Master's Degree with 10 years of work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including 4 years in R&D
• Proven leadership experience with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong program and project management skills with experience in financial planning and resource strategy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern productivity tools
