Strategic Planning Senior Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Obesity Therapeutic Area Leadership Team, the full-time remote Strategic Planning Senior Manager will manage strategy development, project management, and organizational communications while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategy development and execution of organizational plans while generating reports and presentations on business performance
• Oversee functional budget planning and resource tracking, ensuring alignment with global budget processes
• Drive process improvements and represent the function in cross-departmental initiatives to achieve strategic objectives

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's degree with 4 years, Bachelor's degree with 6 years, Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience in a biopharma setting
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and organizational change initiatives
• Strong conceptual problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and execute solutions to complex issues
• Excellent influencing and negotiating skills across various organizational levels
• Demonstrated experience in organizational management, including staff development and mentoring
