Strategic Planning Specialist

Job Summary

To support the continued implementation of the Security Governance & Risk Strategic Planning Framework, the contract-based Strategic Planning Specialist will manage Azure DevOps tools, coordinate planning cycles, and enhance governance processes while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) backlogs, dashboards, and delivery plans for planning activities
• Coordinate execution of planning cycles, including deliverable tracking and status reporting
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or Agile delivery
• Advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and reporting
• Strong skills in facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational practices
• Experience with change management practices and training development
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse teams
