Strategic Planning Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise strategic planning and Agile program execution, the contract Strategic Planning Specialist will manage Azure DevOps backlogs, coordinate planning cycles, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) backlogs, dashboards, and reporting documentation
• Coordinate annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, ensuring successful execution of milestones and deliverables
• Track project status, dependencies, and risks while providing visibility to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or Agile project delivery
• Advanced experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and reporting
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and planning frameworks
• Experience coordinating complex planning activities across multiple teams
