Strategic Planning Specialist
Job Summary
To support the implementation of the Security Governance & Risk Strategic Planning Framework, the contract Strategic Planning Specialist will manage Azure DevOps tools, coordinate planning cycles, and improve governance processes while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) backlogs, dashboards, and delivery plans for planning activities
- Coordinate execution of planning cycles, including deliverable tracking and status reporting
- Develop and communicate planning processes, procedures, and supporting documentation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or Agile delivery
- Advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and reporting
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with change management practices and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
