Position Responsibilities:

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement pricing strategies and management tools
Lead the development of KPIs/dashboards to monitor pricing execution
Conduct ongoing analytics on base and promotional pricing

Qualifications:

7+ years of strategic pricing leadership experience in a fast-paced CPG or similar environment
Strong strategic and analytical skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to multitask and adapt strategic thinking in high-pressure situations and dynamic environments
Excellent problem-solving skills and financial/P&L acumen
