Job Summary
Leading pricing strategy and management in a remote full-time capacity, the Strategic Pricing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance price realization, develop pricing frameworks, and drive profitable growth across business units.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives and develop pricing frameworks to improve margin and competitive positioning
- Manage the centralized pricing engine, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to pricing guardrails
- Build and lead a team of pricing analysts, fostering a data-driven culture and influencing pricing behavior across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or related analytical disciplines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex commercial challenges
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques
