Strategic Process Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Process Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of new functionality and maintenance packages
• Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure successful product deployments
• Provide operational support and training related to new policies and procedures for assigned projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or Finance, or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5 years of project management experience with business analysis on technical projects
• Experience in retirement plan administration or business process management preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Power User of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) required
