Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Admin - Strategic Product Director, Benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain deep understanding of customer experience and business needs in healthcare
• Develop product roadmaps and define product strategies to ensure consistent messaging
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to execute the product vision

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product strategy and managing stakeholder commitments
• 7+ years of deep healthcare data knowledge and experience interfacing with business leaders
• 5+ years of experience in defining and developing new products leveraging an AI framework
• Experience in leading cross-matrixed teams and delivering results with large-scale projects
• Proven ability to work with ambiguous complex products and technologies
