Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs to drive outcomes for users and business partners
• Design and launch beta tests, scaling successful ideas companywide
• Translate business goals into actionable frameworks and roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, consulting, or program management at a fast-scaling tech company
• Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional programs
• Experience with data analysis and advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or Tableau is a plus
• Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models
